We
celebrated my husband's 60th birthday at Acharn Courtyard
and a fabulous time was had by all age groups from 1 to
71. We were made most welcome. The individual lodges were
ideal giving families their own space whilst still being
together. Beautiful countryside and kind people. We are
now looking for an excuse for another party so that we can
return.

Having
just returned from our family holiday here I am
writing to say how much we enjoyed the facilities and accommodation.
We
were given a warm helpful welcome and the cleanliness and
quality were both superb. The common room facilities were
absolutely superb and we hope that we will return.
This is a magical place for us as the owners graciously
allowed us to be married on the premises. We all had a wonderful
time & can not thank them enough for all their help.
Having stayed in numerous 5 star accomodation in Scotland
over the past few years I have no hesitation in stating
that this is with out doubt the best.
If you are looking for somewhere for a large crowd this
is perfect. Having all the lodges completely independed
of each other & yet still having the facility of the
large party room with its lovely log burning fire for get
togethers. We are already looking forward to our next stay
there in 2008!

We
had a lovely week as a family and are now hoping to book
the whole property for a family birthday party. The choice
of independence in each unit or a big get-together in the
party room is ideal for a mixture of generations and interests.
The cycling track behind the house is fantastic- you really
can abandon the car

We
have recently returned from a weeks holiday here, where
we held our Civil Partership Ceremony amongst family and
friends. The location was absolutely perfect, surrounded
by mountains and forrest. Each lodge was exceptionally well
catered for and it was ideally suited to large groups who
like having their own independence. The help we received
leading up to our big day was wonderful and made it a day
we will never forget. We made full use of all the facilities,
especially the communal room in the evenings, and some friends
used the tennis courts most days. Behind the accommodation
there is a cycle path which is excellent for running and
walking also. Its about 15 min walk through beautiful woodland
into Killin Village. Its definitely a place I would return
to, without a doubt.
